I used to work at a different CVS pharmacy and was appalled by the pharmacist’s lack of customer service. She was rude and unapologetic for giving me the wrong form of medicine and wouldn’t give me a partial, an alternative, let alone an apology for making me wait so long only to fill the wrong form. Sad how low CVS has fallen from the days I used to work there under a kind and professional Pharmacist. This one seemed like she just graduated from high school.
