  Haphazardly run and horrible at launching new products! Waited what seemed like forever to order the SNES Classic online via their computer system which was not moving at all, only to be told they sold out. The guys looked at us like we were just supposed to walk away no questions asked, and only when I suggested it did they make a call-back list! Well it turned out to be useless because when I call back Gavin gives me some bs excuse that they run out before he even gets the list started.. I was like second on it!! I'm not going to grovel like some teen for the product and definitely wouldn't do it to these people. I'll get it in good time

  Hit or miss staff. It depends on the day. Sometimes the experience is great and they are very courteous and helpful. Today however (11/12/16, 6:00 hr), there was a very rude woman at the counter. Condescending and unprofessional. I will be going to the one near Home Depot from now on. As a paying customer, I refuse to do business with stores who think it's okay to employ people like that.
