  Nice ethnic restaurant pocket with a mix of interesting shops. Buyer beware some of these retailers are edgy meaning go to the tailir, fixit shop and others as if you were in the third world. Viet place and Russian deli are good. 4.00 dollar bahn mi and Russian sandwiches. You have to ask for the Russian sandwiches not on the menu. Short walk to the first world with dsw, 5 below Giants. Sometimes I park on that side.
