This man is the consummate professional. Elvis is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services, and in no way did I feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want or need. Elvis's charisma and easy-going nature made me feel as it we'd been long lost friends...he showed sincere concern about my needs and made me feel confident about my decision. I think every salesperson/customer service rep should take a class with this man...he is absolutely AWESOME! Would recommend this store and Elvis to everyone who's looking for a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable experience with buying a mattress. Hands down 100%!!!
