  I went there on Saturday at 11am to rent a jack hammer for one day, but i have been told that I must to pay for 2 days. I said that I can bring it back at night or Sunday morning, but they said that "NO, NO, you must to pay for 2 days and bring it back on Monday before 9 am. They are your boos. You are not a customer. You are only an slave. I rent it from home depot.

  I'm impressed with the knowledge and professionality of N&S rentals. I appreciate their trust. On Saturday I rented an 18" chainsaw for $35. After about 45min into my 4-hour rental, the chain fell off. I briefly tried to repair it so I could continue with me work. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. I thought this might be because the chainsaw bar was bent, but N&S told me it was due to a metal bur and the chain not fitting into the bar. I asked for some of my rental money to be returned. To my surprise, Greg tore up my contract and said, "Don't worry about it, we'll start new next time." I was very grateful for their trust and generosity.
