  Food tastes great but when ordering large quantities for our office, something is always missing. When calling in regards to missing or incorrect items, the person responsible for calls is rude and denies accountability instead of offering to fix the issue to ensure a returning customer base.

  I have been regularly ordering from rainbow sushi for the past two years . Today the sushi was awful so I called them to complain. The manager, named Ken, told me if I don't like it I should not order again !! What a waste for a successful place to have such an idiotic person representing them!
