    I would have to say that Ive gotten the best customer service I have ever gotten at this store than anywhere else. I am a frequent shopper at the wegmans next door and one day I dropped my phone and the screen was unresponsive. I let my wife continue shopping as I ran over and right off the bat I was greeted and was asked " how can I help you today?" Unfortunately the location does not repair phones but they did their best to fix the issue. Luckily I had an upgrade on the account, got a brand new phone and I was on an outdated plan and I was able to get on a new plan which was WAY cheaper. Go talk to Brandon and Edgar!!!

    Today was the worst, unprofessional experience I have ever had. I called Sprint corporate office to report it before I could get out of the parking lot. So where do I began, Shema, was unprofessional, sarcastic and tried unsuccessfully to multitask and handle multiple customers all while talking about the customers. I have been a Sprint customer for many years, a brand loyal customer for many years and I went in to the store to upgrade a few of my lines. First, they couldn't explain any of the Samsung devices, only apple devices, although the Sprint store carries Apple products as well as Samsung. I was trying to understand the lease agreement options as well s the buy back program and she was irritated that she had to be there later than she wanted to be, although there were still customers in the store needing help. Needless to say, she got snippy and sarcastic and started arguing back and forward with me, because I addressed her attitude. I ended up having to have her co-worker call the manager and he heard her arguing with me and being professional, he asked to speak to her and she was rude to him. I ended up leaving the store, not doing my upgrade, and contacting sprint by phone and by email to let them know about this experience as well as report this employee and the store. Never would I give this store my business.

    Horrible experience! I have endured a 1 month saga in an upgrade process. Initially we were told that the Wisteria location was out of 8 phone 8's. They called the Great Seneca location to confirm they were in stock there, as such we went. To find out they were not in stock -_- Ok, told to come back later in the week after shipment came in, called 1 week later to confirm they were there, were told over the phone they were. Went there once more, not in stock -_- This same process happened 2 more times, finally the phone was in stock, but they were having issues with the "buy back feature" and could not process the upgrade. 6 wasted trips to this store to deal with incompetent staff who all seem like they smoke in the back and could care less about the customer's experience. We said we would switch to tmobile for the manager, to smile and tell us the two companies were merging. Thanks a lot Sprint, for wasting my entire October!!!
