  The only reason I gave this store 2 stars was because of the young man who helped me when I was trying to select a good chair with back support for my home office. He gave me a price of $150 for the Nexus executive chair by La-Z-Boy which is normally $300. I wasn't able to get it that day, but he said there were several in stock and that I should be able to get the same price as I told him I plan to come back in a few days. When I called ahead to get the chair, someone named Don answered and said that the chair was now $180, the young man had made a mistake , and there was only one left and if I wanted one I would have to order it, as he could not give me the floor sample. Needless to say, I called the other staples on Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg, and was quoted and was able to get the chair for the $150 that the other young man had promised. Oh well, your loss, the other stores gain.
