    It's a hit or a miss with what you find in the store. If you're looking to buy a top or something quickly and get outta there fast it's not the place to go. It's a store that I visit just to browse, and then if something catches my eye I'll buy it. The customer service is pretty terrible at the sales counter.. they don't look at you when they speak to you, so half the time I don't know if they are talking to me or someone else, and when I asked her to repeat it, she got irritated. The last time I was there it was pretty crowded, so I was waited in line for awhile before getting to the counter. I had a couple things to return and a few things to purchase. After I got to the counter, the lady did the returns first, and I guess when a return is over $100 they need a manager or someone higher up to approve the return, so she called someone over, and that lady said she was helping someone else, and that she won't do this now (which is fine, as she was already helping another customer) the lady calls another guy over to help, and he was restocking or something, I'm not quite sure, but I do know that he was not helping another customer at that moment. He doesn't come for a few minutes, and in that meantime, another customer is behind us, saying that she was sent to this counter for her check-out.. not sure why she was sent as we were not done with our transaction. The sales lady, proceeds to start her transaction without asking us if that was okay with us as we were clearly in line before her. Before she could finish her transaction (she was having trouble as one of the items didn't have a price tag) the guy came over to approve my return, but seeing that she was not ready for that he left.. finally the lady who was "helping" us sends the lady behind us to another counter and asks for something (but who is she speaking to? Who knows, as she still is not making eye contact) I realize she is speaking to me and we proceed with our transaction. --The best part-- While this is all happening the lady is loudly complaining how she doesn't wasn't to be working, and that she still has x amount of hours until she can finally leave, etc. She never apologized for the delay, or for completely ignoring us and taking on the other lady who shouldn't have even been there. It was quite irritating to deal with the delays after you've already been in line for 20 mins. Things like this has happened before, so it's not a one time thing..not sure if others have had similar experiences. They seriously need to fix the attitude of the sales people who work behind the counter, or hire people who want to be there, can do the job properly, and get a manager who can actually manage.
