I was introduced to the v10 and the new plans with Verizon and I'm glad I decided to make the switch here instead of the competition. One happy New Customer.

I have been trying to get my credit for 11 months so far. I am being told that a gift card has been mailed out to me several times but nothing has come yet. I need a person in charge to please intervene and help me get my credit asap.
